Print Information
Limited Edition
All Limited editions are printed on the best available museum-grade quality cotton paper.
A limited edition is a limited run of artwork that Piper has signed and numbered. Each comes with a signed certificate of Authenticity. Prices graduate as the edition sells out; prices increase with the purchase of each print in the edition.
All limited editions run from 10 for all sizes or 18 total in total, divided between two or three sizes. Print sizes for Limited editions range from 30X20 (76X50CM) to 60X40 (152 X101 cm), larger prints sizes may be requested. Sizes are the full size of the print, including a one-inch boarder. Prints are numbered under the print on the right and signed under the print on the right
Once an edition sells out, it is closed and will no longer be available.

Shipping
Prints can be shipped worldwide, using reputable international couriers.
Each print is wrapped in two sheets of protective paper packed in a rectangle carton for extra care in handling during transport; tubes can roll down conveyor belts during the shipping process and possibly damage the print.
Shipping cost does not include customs or import tax. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Please understand that Piper Mackay cannot be responsible for delays due to customs or couriers because this is out of our control.
Artwork is fragile and not meant to be stored rolled. Please take to a professional framer for careful opening and acid-free mounting with archival materials soon after its arrival.
Prints are made in the USA.
Care
Prints are very fragile, they should not be stored in the tube for extended periods of time. Make sure to open the package within 24-48 hours upon receipt. Take your tube with the print to a professional framer as soon as possible for opening and archival dry mounting. Handling your large print yourself could result in wrinkles or tears.
FRAMING: It is not uncommon for prints to have a strong curl to them when first unrolled. Discuss with your professional framer about dry-mounting your print, using archival materials only, to ensure it will remain flat once framed.
PLACEMENT: Artwork should not be placed in direct sunlight to avoid any fading over time.
Refund and Replacement Policy
I believe you will love your print. Image quality is personally checked and approved by myself before shipment of limited editions.
If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your print, I will offer you a full refund. Simply notify me and return the print in its original packaging, together with its certificate of authenticity, within seven days of receiving it. All returns are free of charge. However, to make a refund please kindly ensure that the print is returned in perfect contention (e.g. with no fold lines, fingerprints, scratches etc.).
In the rare event of prints becoming damaged or lost during shipment due to courier’s responsibility or improper packaging, I will replace the print with the next number in the edition at no cost. Should the edition be sold out, a full refund will be made.
In case of damage, both the damaged print and certificate of authenticity must be returned for destruction because the value of limited edition prints also lies in the exact size of the print run. Therefore we need to physically account for any return print. This is to safeguard our clients’ purchase and prevent and edition of 10 becoming an edition of 11.
